May 26, 2012 - One Week 'til London Town!

One week from today I will be arriving in London via Reykjavik, Iceland. I couldn't be more excited if I tried. I've been to London once before but only very briefly so I didn't get enough time to really take in the city. I'll be there for the Jubilee! Unfortunately I won't be around for any of the Olympic Games. I'll be back in Toronto in mid-June. I have heaps of work to do between now and then. Then it's vacation time!

Well everyone, that is all. Nothing really food related today. I had a tuna sandwich for dinner. Just had to spill again about the UK trip.
