How could I forget!? It is has officially been the first week of autumn. It's harvest time and some great local produce are going to be available in the unfolding weeks ahead. Artichokes, pears, brussels sprouts, beets, apples, blackberries, pumpkins, parsnips, squash and so much more are ripe and ready. This also tends to be the season where cinnamon, clove, allspice and nutmeg come out and play the most in my kitchen. It's going to be awesome. First fall coverage of the blog. You better be excited.
