Happy Birthday to the Blog!

I thought about putting this blog together for a few months before finally doing it. I published my very first post on April 28, 2012. Which means that my blog is officially a year old today. I just wanted to take a moment to send a big thank you to everybody for the positive support and feedback. I've been very happy with the response and hoping to go even bigger and better in the following year. There will be heaps more recipes, techniques, photos and facts in the future. So be sure to keep checking back. We even have a couple of videos in the works so I'm very excited for that.

Don't be shy if you ever have any questions or recipe requests. I'll do my very best to accommodate!

I hope everyone has had a great weekend and has a very good week to follow. I the near future I am going on a trip to Trinidad & Tobago where I'm going to get lots of material to blog about so you do not want to miss that.
