Missing You

Hello, everybody. Unfortunately I am not officially back yet. This blog is by no means dead, though. I really appreciate your patience and understanding. The truth is, there could be little to no action on the blog for up to two more months. I just wanted to check in while I can to give you all the update. Life has been so hectic lately. Don't get it twisted, everything is going stupendously well and I'm very excited. I just don't have the time to be blogging. This blog is put together only by me and I have a full-time job. This is just a personal project I've been working on the last year and a half. The blog is still my pride and joy. Nothing has changed there. It's just that a lot goes into it and I have no help. Please trust and believe that when all the craziness has settled that the blog will be back in action and better than ever before! 

Tonight after work I'm going to tackle one of my favourite French desserts that I've never tried making before. I'm going to try to share it over the next week. I won't be able to load it with lots of step by step photos, but you won't want to miss it. 

I just want to take another cheesy opportunity to thank everybody who reads the blog and supports me. I started this blog for me and now I'm doing it mostly for you. Things are quiet for now and the next little while, but it's only a hiccup. I am really looking forward to coming back with regular posts, techniques, photos and recipes.

Mad love to any and every body reading this. Be healthy and happy (keep cooking!!) and I can't wait to be back.
