I'm back!!

Everyone, I have some tremendous news! My schedule has completely opened back up sooner than I had anticipated so I have a lot more time now for the blog. Thanks to everybody who have stuck by patiently. I'm already working on a special post to help your cooking with different sauce techniques. I'm going to take you through some of the best sauces of French cuisine and all the different ways you can apply them to your cooking. They are all easy and straight-forward but will catapult your way into being a better cook.
